My Biolog will not show any trace all I see on the screen is "-----" or leads off

When I open Cardioview I get the following error on screen "Sub or Function not Defined"

When I open an ECG from my clinical notes it opens in Notepad, How do I fix this?
You need to install Cardioview Reader on this PC. This would have been included in the equipment box when you purchased your equipment. If you can not find this please contact the office on 0114 2433896
